GRANDCROWN LIMITED TERMS OF BUSINESS
DEFINITIONS "You" shall mean the customer "We" or "Us" shall mean Grandcrown Limited
1. ORDERS
1.1 You shall take sole responsibility for the accuracy of all orders given to us, especially but not exclusively with regard to measurements.
1.2 You shall take sole responsibility for the suitability of materials ordered by you.
1.3 Although, subject to 4 below we shall take reasonable care to ensure delivery of goods ordered by you by an agreed date, we cannot be held responsible in any way for failure to deliver by such date if delays are caused by reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to failure of our own suppliers to deliver on time.
2. OWNERSHIP AND RISK
2.1 We shall retain ownership of all goods until they are paid for in full.
2.2 Goods shall be delivered to the address for delivery given by you at our risk until such delivery.
2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is at hand to accept delivery or that there is a suitable and safe place to deliver goods.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 We will require payment of all moneys due from you before ordering materials or commencing work. The number of days after quotation that such payment is delayed will be added to any delivery dates agreed so as to determine such delivery date.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted will be exclusive of Value Added Tax which will be payable by you in addition at the applicable rate then in force.
4. SAMPLES
You will appreciate that samples cannot be identically matched, particularly colours, and therefore you may have to accept reasonable variation.
5. COMPLAINTS
We cannot entertain any complaints regarding the quality of goods supplied or workmanship unless in writing and received within (14) days of delivery, or such complaints relate to the durability of such goods, in which event they must be received by us in writing within (2) years of delivery. GOVERNING LAW The terms of any agreement between you and us will be governed in all respects by English Law and the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
